Ingredients

  • 1 Can Chickpeas
  • 1/4 Cup of Raw Tahini
  • 2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons of Water
  • 1 Heaped Teaspoon of Minced Garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin

Method

  1. Blend everything except the chickpeas.
  2. Drain and add the chickpeas.
  3. Blend till smooth.
