Fried Banana & Dark Chocolate studded Yoghurt

Fried Banana + Choc Yoghurt This pimped out yoghurt could be used as a quick breakfast or snack…

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Tablespoons of Fat-Free Plain Bulgarian Yoghurt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Flax Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon of Crushed Almonds
  • 1 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 Block of dark chocolate (preferably *Lindt 90% Cocoa)
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Teaspoon of Coconut Oil for frying

METHOD:

  1. Chop the banana into disks and fry in coconut oil
  2. Chop up the block of Chocolate
  3. Throw everything together and enjoy

NOTES:

  • * This is sometimes difficult to find but try use dark chocolate with a high cocoa content and low sugar. The banana is sweet enough for this whole dish.
